Arctic Marketing acquired by Catena Media – Optimizer Invest’s portfolio company Catena Media has signed an agreement to acquire the Finnish company, Arctic Marketing Ltd. The transaction involves a fixed purchase price and a variable earnout and can amount up to approximately SEK 10 million.

Arctic Marketing is, just as Catena Media, a lead generation company that generates traffic to the leading iGaming sites. Arctic Marketing is primarily active in the Finnish market and owns popular domain names such as eurocasinosuomi.com and eurocasinot.net, as well as a dozen other desirable domains. The company is based in Malta.

The purchase of Arctic Media is the third acquisition this year for Catena Media.
