In this year’s second round of Innovation Power, Eyescanner Technologies is taking home the prize. Innovation Power is an initiative which provides an opportunity for prospective and existing entrepreneurs to get feedback, help to move forward and make their idea a reality or change their business. 

Eyescanner was founded in 2019 by two female entrepreneurs, Stefanie Najafi and Jenny Johansson, who have both been active in the police service. They realized that there was a strong need for a digital drug test method that could be implemented and used in different types of contexts. The technology is based on research and will result in a software that can be integrated into various types of hardware, such as a mobile phone or a vehicle. A first version of the software is expected to be ready by Q1 of 2022.
